  • Dimensional Audit
    We produce a proprietary General Arrangement (GA) Drawing. This "Digital Twin" of your warehouse ensures that your safety compliance is mapped to the actual physical layout.
  • Component Profiling

Technical Inspection & Risk Categorisation

Our SEMA-trained and SA-competent inspectors conduct a physical audit using precision-calibrated instruments. We don’t just “look” for damage; we measure Structural Deviations against international engineering tolerances.

    We measure Out-of-Plumb (Global Lean) and Out-of-Straight (Local Bow). Even a "clean" rack with no dents can be at risk of disproportionate collapse if its verticality is outside of recognised rack safety ratios.
  • Integrity Metrics
    We audit every upright and bracing component for torsional twists, buckles, and crimps, measuring the depth of deformation against strict safety thresholds.
  • Deflection Monitoring
    We assess load-bearing beams for both elastic deflection (under load) and permanent plastic deformation (permanent set) to ensure they haven't reached their yield point.
  • Ancillary Audit
    A 100% check of all safety-critical hardware, including Beam Connector Locks, floor anchorage, splices, and baseplate shims.

Forensic Reporting & Liability Management

The audit concludes with the delivery of the Technical Inspection Report (TIR)—a high-stakes document designed for HSE officers and insurance requirements.

    Every non-conformity is categorised into Red (Immediate Risk), Amber (Hazardous), or Green (Monitoring).
  • Operational Directives
    We provide clear instructions on mandatory offloading protocols, including our strict four-week remediation window for Amber risks.
  • Strategic Walkthrough
    We conduct a physical walkthrough with site leadership to verify "Red Risk" locations and conduct a Liability Handover, ensuring your management team is fully briefed on their duty of care.
  • The Path to CoC
    We define the remediation roadmap required to restore the system to its full structural integrity, leading to the issuance of your Certificate of Conformity (CoC).
